Canned Salsa

Canned Salsa
Recipe: Andrea Jeppsen
Makes 6-8 pints

1 red onion chopped
1 white or yellow onion chopped
8 lbs. fresh tomatoes peeled and chopped
2 bell peppers (red, yellow) chopped
2 15oz. cans tomato sauce
3 Serrano peppers chopped
3 jalapeno peppers chopped
1 Anaheim pepper chopped
1/2 cup white vinegar
3 garlic cloves chopped
1 1/2 T. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar

Combine ingredients & simmer for about 3 hours.

Pour into jars and process 10 minutes.

*I haven't tried this recipe yet.
