Joan Fullmer Salsa Recipe

1/2 bushel ripe tomatos
8-10 yellow or red peppers (remove seeds)
2-3 bell peppers (remove seeds)
3 Tbsp. crushed chili peppers
10 anaheim peppers (remove seeds)
3 large onions
1/3 cup salt
3 cloves garlic minced
6-8 jalapeno peppers (leaving seeds in makes it HOT)

Simmer 2 hours
Yields 18-20 pints
Hot water bath 20 minutes

I made this last year and I love the recipe. I used 6 jalapeno peppers I believe and very few seeds and it was a little too hot for my liking. Had quite the kick to it!
